Product Indications Vitamin B is required for the production and release of energy from carbohydrates, fat and protein transformation and metabolism. Vitamin B1 and B12 maintain and contribute to a healthy nerve function and nervous system, while vitamin B2, B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 and biotin help maintain healthy skin, hair and mucous membranes.

Vitamin B12 and B9 (folate) are also involved in cell division, regeneration and production of blood and cells. Dosage Directions Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 1 capsule twice daily after food. During pregnancy and breastfeeding: Take 1 capsule daily after food.
